It's been a rough year for me and my health . I am grateful that 2006 is nearly over and that it's all (hopefully) behind me.

Sounds like 2006 was a bit challenging, and things are certainly going to get better for you. The years fly by too quickly, and though we all want to get past the rough times as quickly as possible, that time wished-away doesn't come back later, so stay optimistic and positive and focus on all the good times you are bound to have (even if a bit of rough times are mixed in).
