Dinner of champions

The Man has a business dinner tonight.

Pan-fried ribeye steak, a baked spud with butter, a glass of water, and a whole Dagoba dark chocolate bar.

The dinner of champions.

I bet I pay for the chocolate later.

That is pretty much what I had last night. Some sorta steak, but with mashed potatoes. It was quick and easy. We pan-sear the steak on both sides for a few minutes on the stovetop in a cast-iron pan, then put the pan/steak in a 400-degree oven for a while longer to cook through. Dinner of champions? Sure! :)
