I've been glutened

Damn it. Had big plans for dinner and managed to wipe all that out with a Wendy's plain baked potato. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

Sheri, sorry to hear about your experience. I am nearly paranoid in my avoidance of fast-food, just because of the possibility of cross-contamination. Even items that should be "safe" I tend to avoid. It's too bad it has to be that way though, since so many items should really be safe for us all. Recover quickly!

what happened with a baked potato? how was gluten injected in there?

Thanks for the well wishes, Mike. And I only do the fast food thing when absolutely desperate.

AG - They touch a bun, they touch a potato. Boom, you have gluten.

ah i overlooked the fast food nature of this post and hence cross contamination factor times a zillion. so sorry to hear.
